We gather in the Ocala National Forest, outside in whatever the sky is doing — heat, rain, wind, cold — because the body knows things the comfortable room never allows. Through breathwork, meditation, and the kind of conversation that becomes possible only when there is nothing left to perform, we sit with what we carry. No hierarchy. No script. No arrival required.
